About Us
We are a group of engineers, product designers, and customer champions applying the most transformative technology of our times, AI, to one of the largest industries in the world, logistics. In our prior lives, we have built multi-billion dollar companies with products that delighted thousands of merchants and powered billions of dollars of commerce.
Augment is building AI assistants for the logistics industry. The assistant automates tedious tasks for operators. The AI agents work 24x7, improve process accuracy, and reduce the time operators spend on manual operations, leading to improved profitability. This frees up human operators to focus on higher-order problems like relationship building, negotiations, critical routing decisions, or interventions for delays.
We are looking for intelligent, driven people with insatiable curiosity and desire to make an impact. If you’re excited to build AI that can reason and take action in one of the most complex industries in the world — join us.
Augment has a customer-obsessed team that enjoys building technology that creates extreme value for its users. Investors include 8VC and dozens of industry-leading angel investors. The team is made up of talented individuals from technology companies like Amazon, Google, Deliverr, and more – as well as traditional logistics companies.
